Your new role
The role of Senior Accountant / Client Manager is a fully remote position. It will provide you with the opportunity to work with a talented, committed and high-performing team. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Managing & maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • Managing and provide leadership and training to accountants and graduates.
  • Managing team workflow.
  • Attending to client business issues - tax, employment, finance, structure, investment, planning, Xero & other cashbooks
  • Preparation of financial statements, tax returns and GST returns.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar public practice role and be CA or CPA Qualified. It would be highly regarded for candidates who can demonstrate the ability to:
  • Prepare financial statements & income tax returns for clients (including individuals, partnerships, trusts and companies
  • Show previous experience using Xero, MYOB AE & BGL 350 is advantageous
  • Tax planning and dealing with key tax issues including structures & strategies
  • Show excellent people skills and be fluent with technology in a paperless environment
