Who we are looking for
As a member of GTS First Line Risk and Controls you will assist and drive program activities to mature Regulatory Compliance and IT Risk capabilities. Work with IT Risk and Control Owners and other key stakeholders to standardize and operationalize our Regulatory Compliance and IT Process, Risk and Control framework.

What you will be responsible for
As Assistant Vice President Risk Management you will:
  • Delivers work products independently on time, with limited support from management, individuals in this position provide technical support for various elements of the risk management and compliance programs
  • Manage risk and compliance projects and assignments and in completing basic research, analysis and reporting, and act as a coordinator on projects
  • Ensures that the team's work products consistently meet quality expectations and educates on the importance of high quality deliverables Ensures that the team's work products consistently meet quality expectations and educates on the importance of high quality deliverables
  • Lead and Advise on risk and control assurance activities
  • Assist with driving a culture of risk and control management, transparency, and accountability
  • Manages project artifacts, including meeting minutes, action items, risks and issues logs
  • Closely collaborate with Technology teams and risk and control stakeholders across the lines of defense, both globally and regionally
  • Keeps up to date on relevant policy, standards and regulatory requirements
  • Collect and document Risk and Compliance information for measurement, analysis and reporting
  • Prepare reports as directed


What we value

  • Risk Management / Controls Assurance / Control Testing
  • Working knowledge of risk management frameworks including related regulatory compliance requirements (for example, NIST, ITIL, COSO, COBIT, ISO, etc.)
  • Experience with GRC platforms a plus (Archer, Open Pages, etc.)
  • Project / People Management
  • Presentation skills
  • Strong MS Excel, Access, Word, Powerpoint skills necessary


Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree in business, technology or equivalent or relevant industry experience (5-10 years) in technology risk management, audit or compliance
  • Background in MIS, Technology Infrastructure and/or Development preferred but not required
  • Risk Certifications (CRISC, CISSP, etc.) desired, but not required
