€66,400 to €76,800 + Benefits (Four year fixed-term contract with possibility of
renewal)

 

Are you experienced in database management, with proven ability to define and structure data models and ensure their maintainability and adaptability? Do you have good knowledge of financial markets and products and the banking sector? Then you can provide vital reporting and analytical support to the Finance Directorate of a bank with a unique social mandate.

Supporting all our front office activities, including Funding, Treasury and ALM, you will oversee database development and maintenance and formulate queries to extract sensitive and critical information from multiple sources. At the same time, you will assist with refining work processes and cycles, structure data to deliver insights and support decision-making, and prepare detailed management information via overviews, tables, analyses and periodic reports.

 

To join us in this key position, you should bring:

 

  • Outstanding problem-solving and conceptual abilities and excellent judgement.
  • Full fluency in either English or French, backed by some command of the other language.
  • Familiarity with Bloomberg and Reuters analytical tools would be a major asset.
  • A degree in finance, banking or a related field would be ideal, but is far from essential.
  • Strong programming skills in Excel (including complex and customised formulas), databases (notably Access)
