Main responsibilities:
Requirments:
- Participate in the full spectrum of overseas infrastructure equity investments
- Screen and evaluate prospective investment opportunities for global infrastructure funds and co-investments by conducting in-depth market, industry and company research and analysis
- Build and review underwriting models and prepare investment committee memos
- Perform and review valuation of portfolio assets and funds on a quarterly basis
- Liaise with external professional parties and review commercial, financial, tax and legal due diligence
- Participate in fund raising, deal structuring and negotiation & investor presentation & DDQ, roadshow
- Monitor post-investment projects and prepare monthly and quarterly reports to track and analyze performance
- Support in investment capital call and distribution and fund of fund's capital call and distribution
Requirments:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Economics/Finance or related field
- CPA/CFA qualification
- 4+ years of infrastructure/energy or related sector deal execution/investment banking (corporate finance, M&A or sector team)/Big4 deal advisory/M&A expereince highly preferred
- Sector experience in Infrastructure/Energy/Power & Utilities/Transportation/TMT sectors
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in conducting financial modelling, valuation analysis and market research
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
