- Lead Scenario Analysis activities where significant and emerging risks are assessed
- Lead the review and approval of new products and new activities originating from the ISG Business
- Contribute to the development of presentations for executive management and senior risk managers, including reporting to boards and committees
- Work collaboratively in a high performing global team responsible for identifying, assessing, reporting, and capturing operational risk information
- Build solid relationships in the front office, operational, risk management, and other support functions related to the area of coverage
Qualifications:
Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, ideally in a quantitative discipline, Finance, Economics or similar
- 10+ years of work experience within an Institutional Securities environment; internal experience in business, risk, and/or control functions (e.g., Operations, Finance) roles is strongly preferred
- Strong working knowledge of FID, IBD & GCM products, markets, and business practices
- The ability to formulate and execute new ideas, and to critically evaluate proposals
- Strong analytical background
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple high priority deliverables.
- Ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of stakeholders, both written and verbally
- Ability to work independently in a self-directed way in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
