Job responsibility:
Job requirements:
- Conducting fundamental analysis, credit analysis and financial modelling
- identifying potential risks and making a presentation to the IC for approval
- Supporting execution and origination by performing due diligence, credit memorandum, and closing transactions
- Preparing pitching materials for sponsors and corporate clients
- Providing support for legal documentation with lawyers and clients
- broaden the scope of different types of real estate for deal execution and structuring
Job requirements:
- welcome candidates with Levfin/ strcuture finance, investment banking background & private credit/ alternative areas
- 2-8 years of financing in banks, fun
- graduated with a bachelor's degree or above
- strong techical, analytical & modelling skills or hedge fund / real estate experience
