We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Head of Insurance Marketing, WPB Insurance, Manned Channel.

Principal Responsibilities

• Drive marketing and sales initiatives, including but not limited to tactical campaign and sales event to drive insurance business, motivate frontline and build insurance and customer proposition
• Manage marketing-related product launch initiatives including product brochure and material production, premium sourcing and events
• Handle campaign management including end-to-end process management, target identification, budget planning, logistic planning, co-ordinate with different departments, marketing material production and campaign result evaluation
• In charge of customer proposition and customer segmentation profile analysis ; market information and competitive analysis
• Perform other responsibilities / duties as assigned by respective manager

Requirements

• University graduate with in business administration, marketing and economic related discipline
• Minimum of 10 years' working experience in marketing and campaign management, with exposure in banking industry an advantage
• Experience in marketing strategy formulation and budget management
• Strong Team management experience
• Knowledge of insurance product is highly preferred
• Self-motivate and able to work independently and under pressure
• Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processe
