Customer Experience Design Lead (icare)

Senior UX Designer needed for digital projects for 12-month contract in State Gov agency. Hybrid role.
Your new company An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Senior UX Designer to join a State Govt agency. This role will be a 12-month contract with the potential for extension.

Your new role • You will design, develop and deliver UX designs to improve / increase functionality of reports and dashboards
• Lead and facilitate brainstorming sessions and workshops with cross functional teams to produce concept models, design principles, journey maps, interaction flows, wireframes and interactive prototypes
• Design and produce high-fidelity flat designs using various visual design and wireframing tools
• Lead and manage user research and usability studies
• Collaborate with service line owners to ensure designs are addressing user and business needs
• Deliver and maintain documentation including functional specifications
• Liaise with delivery and development teams to ensure design solutions are technically feasible
• Share and update the digital teams / business on the latest trends in native mobile app design and emerging UI / UX patterns

What you'll need to succeed
• Relevant degree or equivalent industry experience
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated stakeholder management and collaboration skills
• Agile and Waterfall framework and processes experience
