CitiDirect is Citi Treasury & Trade Solutions' (TTS) award-winning online banking application, delivered both as a browser-based application for office desktop use, and as a mobile device app for clients that require access when travelling. CitiDirect enables Citi's clients to view and download account balances and statements, run reports, make payments, manage liquidity solutions, conduct trade transactions, FX and Worldlink payments, look up and review analytics and insights relating to their payment and other cash management activities. CitiDirect boasts over 40,000 users in Poland, and is used by a broad spectrum of Citi clients, from commercial bank clients, through to large global multinationals across traditional and new digital economy industries, for whom CitiDirect may be just one of several channel solutions implemented.

As a CitiDirect Product Manager you will:
  • Manage the commercialization strategy of CitiDirect
  • Work on product enhancements in close cooperation with Global Product Partners.
  • Collaborate with Local TTS Sales and Client Relationship teams to communicate CitiDirect' values and benefits to clients, and to use our data for future product improvements that enhance customer experience
  • Have the opportunity to address a diverse range of client requirements as well as local regulatory, compliance and market mandatory needs
Key Responsibilities
  • Commercialisation - equip and energise sales and client management teams to promote and commercialise all aspects of CitiDirect online banking and mobile app.
  • Client Experience - As CitiDirect transitions to a new next generation platform with enhanced performance, the look-and-feel and overall user experience of the service will also need to be modernised, reflecting client feedback
  • Risk & Controls - ensure adherence with local regulations and market standards; maintaining order in all processes and documentation; promoting and enforcing technology and Digital platform security measures
  • Communication - interact regularly at various levels with partners in Sales, Client Management & Onboarding, Digital Client Support, Customer Service, Operations and Technology
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's/University degree, and fluent in Polish language
  • Track-record of turning client feedback into client experience improvements for an online application and/or mobile app & host to host connectivity, ideally in a transaction banking context.
  • Experience in a client-centric, product or market management role is preferred
  • Effective communication skills, with experience of preparing client-facing collateral (vital), and business requirement documents (an advantage)
  • Organizational and planning skills, managing and where necessary leading activities through cross-functional teams, with the discipline to track delivery of complex projects over multiple months.
  • Knowledge of accounts payable & accounts receivable functions, digital security, and transaction banking in general would be a plus
  • Understanding of banking regulations such as AML, FATF, PSD2 and GDPR will be an advantage
