Job Title: Sr. Analyst, Business Technical Liaison
Company team & role: Pershing Account Services
A leading global provider of financial outsourcing solutions is seeking a Business Tester of Account Services with a passion for improving the client experience. Candidate will report into Account Services group and serve as business tester and subject matter expert professional for firm's client onboarding and account maintenance technology and services. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of previous experience along with demonstrated problem solving and time management skills. Forward looking to assist with enhancing the current testing solutions.
Key roles and responsibilities include the following:
Candidate must:
Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office Software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, as well as Adobe Acrobat. 3-5 years of total work experience preferred. Experience in JIRA or automation tools is a plus.

- Work directly with financial organizations and serve as subject matter expert for our onboarding solutions
- Review project requirements and incident tickets; write test cases to ensure that they align
- Assist in driving testing process enhancements on an ongoing basis
- Work with various business areas across the firm to assist with testing changes to existing solutions
- Provide support for all planned and off-cycle technology releases
- Support other-related duties as appropriate for each project
