PE Analyst

A Private Equity firm in Charlotte, NC is looking to hire a Private Equity Analyst to join the firm's investment team for a Summer 2023 start! This is a great opportunity to directly enter private equity post-grad and have exposure to a wide range of activities including deal execition, research and reporting!

The Private Equity Analyst will be responsible for:

• Support firm principals in the deal and portfolio company life cycle
• Analyze numerous investment opportunities and manage transaction processes
• Actively conduct due diligence and acquisition analysis
• Independently drive research and sourcing acitivites
• Participate in portfolio management

The Private Equity Analyst will consist of the following qualifications:

• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5
• Interested in a career in Private Equity
• Expertise in using Microsoft Office
• Intellectually curious and highly motivated
• Strong attention to detail
• Great oral and written communication skills
• Strong work ethic
• Demonstrated leadership experience
