About our client
Our client is a prestigious private equity team with a strong track record. This is an exciting opportunity for an Associate or Senior Associate to join their growing investment team focused on direct private equity, venture capital and listed investments in France. The team is well-capitalised and invests across all sectors, including healthcare, consumer, industrials, real assets and technology. The role is based in Abu Dhabi.
What the job involves

• Involvement in all aspects of the transaction process, playing a key role in screening, sourcing and analysing potential investment opportunities
• Developing and analysing financial models
• Supporting deal execution, and leading certain workstreams such as various diligence processes as well being the point of contact for industry experts, management teams and investment partners
• Play a key role in managing the portfolio of existing investments

Who we are looking for

• This opportunity would be suitable for an investor at a leading investment bank or principal investments firm e.g. a private/public equity/credit firm
• Fluency in written and spoken French
• You should have a demonstrable track record of executing M&A transactions
• You should have a degree and/or MBA from a top-tier university
• Strong business acumen and critical analysis skills
• High professional integrity, strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
• Willing to be based in the Middle East full-time
