Associate / Senior Associate, MENA Direct Private Equity Investments, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Our client is a private equity team with a strong track record. This is an exciting opportunity for an Associate / Senior Associate to join a growing private equity investment team based in Saudi Arabia. The role will focus on high growth investments across the MENA region.The team invests via direct equity structures across multiple sectors including consumer & retail, education services, logistics and aviation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Involvement in designing and executing the investment strategy
• Involved in all aspects of the transaction process, including valuating and screening investment opportunities, structuring and executing investments across multiple sectors and portfolio monitoring
• Take responsibility for the development and analysis of financial models as well as participation in due diligence

YOUR PROFILE:

• Experience from one or more of the following: a top-tier investment bank, strategy consulting firm or the Big 4, or a venture capital / private equity firm
• You should have a degree from a top-tier university
• Willingness and ability to relocate and be based in Saudi Arabia full time
