Here's your chance to join their team as the Associate Director for Customer Care, playing a key role in managing the portfolio of industrial clients and properties.
What the job involves
- Follow up and administer tenant leasing renovations and review terms & conditions for contracts
- Monitor capital expenses, operating budgets, income, & expenses and evaluate reports for each property versus the assigned budget
- Develop proposals for improvement authorizations and budgets
- Proactively manage tenant revenues to diminish risks of uncollectible accounts as a percentage of the portfolio
- Manage relationships with tenants and support their needs for new and expanded spaces
Who we are looking for
- Ample years of experience in asset and property management in industrial real estate properties/parks.
- Bachelor's degree in administration, engineering, accounting, architecture; an MBA a plus
- Experience and familiarity in working with key industry measurements (BOE, CAM, Leakage, NOI, CAPEX rate, inducements.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to communicate and manage internal and external stakeholders
- Analytical, pro-active and detail oriented
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
