Senior Finance Project Manager

Job Description

Lead Finance taskforces on cross-functional projects and in collaboration with different stakeholders from Group/Regional teams to develop and communicate recommendations & solutions
Explore and understand the Finance efficiency improvement opportunities, lead and execute multiple enhancements and optimization projects (initiation, realization, documentation)
Manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring adequate resource management, meeting deadlines and managing priorities to support business
Translate key business processes in operational applications and contribute to new policies, procedures, processes, tools and systems, e.g. FINTECH, etc. by leveraging internal and external resources
Maintain current Finance applications and systems, including Incident Management, follow up of issues, system administration and documentation
Support Finance cross teams daily operations and Finance records management

Qualifications

Passion for New Retail
Bachelor's degree or above in Finance and Accounting or Management / Technology from reputable universities
8 to 10 years professional experience in Finance / Accounting, in an international, dynamic MNC environment; seasoned professionals from leading tech consulting firms are welcome
Extensive knowledge of MS Package and of SAP FI/CO
Extensive experience with translating business requirements into application solutions / process improvements
Strong project management skills with a track record in managing end-to-end large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders across brands, functions and geographies
Track record in leadership, talent development, and managing teams in delivering the above
Excellent English & Mandarin communication skills
