Our client is a recognized international real estate fund, who seeks a Senior Financial Analyst for its operating entity in Mexico - a fully integrated development company - to help expand its multifamily residential properties for rent in Mexico. You will have the chance to join a team of qualified professionals in the development of state-of-the-art residential projects with unique amenities, dynamic locations and extraordinary services.
What the job involves

• Prepare financial models including analysis and preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cashflow Statements)
• Use a strategic and financial perspective to evaluate proposed transactions
• Create, establish and analyze KPI's for cause-effect explanation regarding the financial statements
• Prepare reports based on the analysis of current and past financial data and presentations of the financial results for the CEO, Executive Team or Board.
• Evaluate and analyze capital expenditures, depreciation, proposals, investment opportunities, rate of return, profit plans, operating records, etc.

Who we are looking for

• Solid experience with Excel is a MUST.
• Experience in financial planning, strategic finance and/or private equity.
• Experience in real estate is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree at a top rate university in Finance, Administration, Economics or related
• Analytical, organized, pro-active and detail oriented
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
