We are looking for the following skill set:
- Analytical and organizational skills (can look at data extract and create reports, presentations)
- Methodical, concise and accurate, with attention to detail
- Stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and oral (incl. minute taking)
- Pro-active approach
- Team player, collaborative but also able to work productively independently
- Experience writing UAT/BRT test cases (User Acceptance Testing / Business Readiness Testing)
- Experience writing/updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Quick learner, able to pick up processes quickly
- Hands-on experience utilizing JIRA software
- Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- University / Bachelor's degree, experience in Financial Services, Consultancy or Data within other industries
