The Role
Building and developing relationships with IFA's / advisers / wealth managers
Dealing with client enquiries relating to their investment portfolios
Processing deposits and transfers
Processing new business applications and working with additional business
Administering portfolios and actioning buys and sells
Ensuring that all transactions are executed and recorded on time
Delivering on projects with internal and external stakeholders

Skills / Experience
Understanding of investment and/or pension products in the UK - ISAs, Unit Trusts Equities, SIPPs, OEICs, ETFs etc.
Client focussed, comfortable speaking with client at all levels and building relationships
Good knowledge of operational processes in financial services
Ideally 1 years experience in Financial Services - ideally client services or operations
Educated to A-level standard as a minimum
IOC/CF/IMC qualifications would be an advantage.
Excellent administration, communication and organisational skills
