About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a WIM Data Visualization and Risk Analytics Lead Consultant (Lead Business Execution Consultant) for the Horizontal Risk Activities team within Wealth & Investment Management (WIM) CAO & Transformation. This team is responsible for complex cross-WIM risk and regulatory implementations, risk evaluation, and risk insights.

This consultant provides in-depth knowledge and understanding of the WIM businesses and can transform data sets, quantitative and qualitative analysis into insightful visualizations that empower decision making. The role will create actionable, executive level Risk Program presentations and reports.

In this role, you will:
  • Act as a consultant to Risk Program Leaders and drive competencies related to the use of data and metrics in understanding risk and effectuating intelligent decision making.
  • Create and edit visual content including charts, graphs, and dashboards.
  • Design and produce insightful reporting and visualizations that identify actionable insights.
  • Develop effective partnership and collaboration with various risk program and business stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively across our Horizontal Risk Activities team.
  • Support and coordinate ad-hoc report requests.
  • Manage and track multiple initiatives simultaneously while successfully engaging business partners and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3+ years of data visualization and/or infographic creation experience using tools such as PowerPoint, MS Excel, VBA, SQL or Tableau

Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience elevating trend data into executive-level summaries that are actionable and can be measured over time
  • Broad Wealth & Investment Management knowledge and business experience
  • Experience leading and influencing in a matrixed environment with a strong collaborative style, and sense of urgency
  • Ability to problem solve and analyze data with ability to make quick decisions and drive business outcomes
  • Excellent data visualization and design skills
  • Advanced Power Point, Excel, and Tableau skills
  • Quantitative or qualitative data analysis experience
  • Risk experience including the use and safeguarding of confidential supervisory information
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • An eye for detail, accuracy, and an editorial sensibility
  • Demonstrated collaboration skills and commitment to working as part of a team
  • A BS/BA degree or higher - MBA a plus
