Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience running an autonomous strategy (Fixed Income, FX, Commodities, Futures, Directional Macro, Rates).
* Excellent investment track record with >$10m PnL with a sharpe of 1.5+.
* Expertise in alpha research, portfolio construction, optimization, risk management, trade execution and Portfolio Management.
* Ability to deploy and manage a strategy from inception.
