CLIENT SERVICE ANALYST - TOTAL PLAN SOLUTIONS
Location: Hybrid remote/on-site (must have ability to work from the corporate office in Hoboken, NJ as needed)
About the Role
The Client Service Analyst provides product support to clients and prospects. Through hands-on training and exposure to Burgiss products, this individual will gain valuable product and investment knowledge, while building client relationship skills.
This role focuses on the Caissa Platform product, which is the Burgiss investment analytics platform for institutional allocators, with multi-asset class portfolios spanning private equity, hedge funds, public equity, and more. Clients leverage the Caissa Platform to calculate performance, quantify risk, monitor exposures, model future cashflows, and plan their asset allocation in addition to other critical portfolio management activities.
Scope and Key Responsibilities
Acquire a thorough understanding of the Caissa Platform, as well as the rest of the Burgiss product suite, and how our products fit into client organizations and their processes Serve as an advocate for Burgiss to the client, as well as an advocate for the client within Burgiss Provide first-tier product support, addressing product-related inquiries using our CRM system Support senior team members in client calls and lead platform training sessions Coordinate with teams internally to help shape the product roadmap, validate platform behavior, and on other projects as needed
Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Economics, or similar field) 1-2 years of finance, accounting, or investment experience Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Portfolio analysis, performance measurement, or domain expertise in investment analytics a plus Proficiency in MS Excel a plus Progress towards CFA, CAIA, CIPM, or FRM a plus Training, consulting, or client presentation experience a plus, but not required
