You bring the ambition and talent; we'll open exciting new doors for you! Take the next step in your banking career with the Credit Suisse Summer Analyst Program. In this challenging, rewarding 2 year full-time program working in the Internal Audit team, you develop your skills so you can influence tomorrow. This position is part of our Internal Audit division, an industry leader in risk management driving the firm's global success.

Over the course of this program you continue to learn and develop through ongoing training, and hear from expert senior employees from a variety of divisions in our summer speaker series. Mentorship opportunities help you identify your strengths and plan your career, while social activities, community service and networking events connect you with a range of people from across the firm. When you complete the program you will have gained crucial experience in all areas of the Internal Audit division, and a firm understanding of how a global investment bank functions. Once you've seen the big picture, it's time to paint your own.

Start date : July 2023

Duration: 2 years

Academic requirements: You should be graduating from a university in December 2022 or May/June 2023.

Your field of responsibility
  • Support the allocated Team (three teams in total over duration of rotation), as per the responsibilities defined in the respective role by the Manager of the rotation assignment.
  • Complete audit assignments, Professional Practices assignments and reviews, and Data Analytics projects.
  • Plan and prioritize work as assigned by the Manager of the rotation assignment, collaborating with colleagues, and providing frequent updates and feedback.
  • Active participation in all Internal Audit Trainings, Graduate Campus trainings, location and functional Internal Audit team meetings.

Internal Audit is an integral part of the Credit Suisse corporate governance and risk management framework. The primary role of Internal Audit is to assist the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors and Senior Management in their task to carry out, implement and monitor the Bank's guiding principles, policies and directives, thereby protecting the assets, reputation and sustainability of the organization. Internal Audit does this by providing a continuing objective and independent assessment of the associated risks, and an evaluation of the effectiveness of the Credit Suisse global system of internal controls and governance processes. The Internal Audit Department is comprised of approximately 250 employees globally primarily located in New York, London, Switzerland and Singapore, with approximately 60 employees based in New York.
