We're looking for an experienced analysts to join the ICLS Offboarding Team to:

• lead and manage critical analysis that involves strong analytical, problem solving and synthesizing skills in order to decide the most effective way to exit a client
• drive business initiatives that require building tactical / interim solutions end-to-end
• through in-depth knowledge of process, engage in process improvement & digital transformation projects to streamline & automate the Offboarding process.
• ensure adherence to regulations, guidelines, standards and UBS policies Your team
You'll be working in the Offboarding Team in London. This is an Integrated Lifecycle Services Function aligned to the Investment Bank. The team is a processing & control function that perform both the on-boarding, offboarding & maintenance of clients regulatory attributes & services and the controls supporting these. The team are focused on ensuring client data is accurate and complete, resulting in a seamless trading & client experience.

Your expertise
• ideally 5+ years of relevant work experience, with a track record of detailed data analysis including technical capabilities, problem solving and coordination across multiple stakeholders
• broad understanding of Investment Banking front to back value chain. Knowledge of trading platforms and market infrastructure is preferable but not essential
• highly proficient in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• knowledge of tools such as Alteryx, Business Objects, Tableau and MicroStrategy
• understanding of Client Lifecycle process is preferable
• proactive, self sufficient individuals who excels in a fast paced environment
