About Client Experience
The CX organization, situated within Technology & Operations, touches all aspects of the client journey, and is aligned across 4 key pillars: Onboarding (Contracting, Client & Product Implementation, Due Diligence), CX Operations (COM, Invoicing, Reporting), CX Delivery (Client Experience Management, Whole portfolio Solutions Servicing), and CX Transformation (COO, Projects & Engineering, Analytics, Research). The CX Transformation team is leading BlackRock's effort to digitize and modernize our clients' experience. We are looking for a data-driven, curious and creative individual who also brings strong project management, leadership, and collaboration skills.
The Client Experience Analytics team is part of the Client Experience Transformation team, focused on transforming the experience for BlackRock's clients and colleagues. This role will partner with a diverse mix of internal technology teams, functional business partners, and client businesses to develop impactful metrics and analytics to drive strategic business decisions. In this role, you will work closely with various business partners, lead a lean, globally distributed team, and take ownership to developing the approach and driving solutions to provide analytics and metrics to support both senior management and team leads across our partner teams.
You should be comfortable working with senior business partners and a variety of technology capabilities, including databases, business intelligence tools, and the underlying data infrastructure. Our team loves simplifying and solving complex problems.

For New York City only: The salary range for this position is $133,000 - $170,000. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including heath care, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop management reports and ad-hoc analyses to provide business insights for senior management
- Identify process and technology capability gaps and opportunities that the CX organization or individual functional teams should address in order to increase data quality and produce operational metrics
- Monitor and analyze key metrics, draw qualitative business insights and conclusions
- Work with business partners to understand their data and reporting needs and make recommendations on reporting and visualization solutions to accomplish their goals
- Complete ad hoc requests for research, analysis, and reporting by pulling from diverse internal and external data sources, implementing the appropriate method of analysis and offering meaningful insights
- Lead a lean, globally distributed team. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members and help them connect business context with technical solutions
- Optimize team efficiency and collaboration by identifying ways to strengthen team foundation and infrastructure
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of financial services or management consulting experience in a similar role highly desired
- Strong leadership skills and ability to influence senior leadership
- Effectively manage multiple projects to meet tight timelines; previous experience working on enterprise-wide initiatives a plus
- Ability to deliver in a fast paced and changing environment
- Data analysis skills to distill and draw out insights from large, complex, disparate data sources
- Superior relationship management skills
- Strong organization and problem solving skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Technical skills such as Python, Tableau, and SQL are desired but not required
