Who we're looking for
We're looking for an innovative and analytical graduates to join our 2023 Graduate Program.
The Program
As a graduate, you could be placed into a variety of teams including Distribution, Risk, Investment, and product. Don't worry if you don't understand the ins and outs of what these teams do.
Your responsibilities will vary depending on the teams you rotate into but you can be doing everything from helping sell our products and developing our clients' understanding of the different funds available to conducting research projects.
Rotations can take place across our departments so you'll need to be flexible and open minded, we encourage our graduates to get as broad an experience as possible so that they choose their career path well. No matter where you are placed, you will be working in teams that are collaborative and supportive.
The departments
Distribution
Our Distribution teams manage our relationships with clients and help grow our business. So we're after people with strong communication skills who want to keep us ahead of our competitors. You'll need an inquisitive mind and an appetite for challenge, together with the tenacity and analytical ability to develop the best service for our clients.
Risk
In this business-critical function, you'll be working alongside our specialist Risk Managers to oversee that the risks taken through Investment Management activities are appropriate and in line with the Group's risk appetite, and that, where appropriate, actions are taken to mitigate risk.
Investment
Our investment teams support our overall purpose to help build the long-term future prosperity of our clients by managing investments for institutions and individuals to help them meet their financial goals and prepare for the future.
We offer innovative products and solutions across a wide range of asset classes, including Equities, Fixed income, Multi-asset, Private Assets and Alternatives.
Product
The Product division is made up of a range of teams whose overall responsibility encompasses creation and oversight of existing product strategy as well as the marketing of Schroders investment capabilities. Product works closely with a variety of teams across the business including Investment and Distribution. Some of the teams you could rotate into include Product Development, Market Intelligence, GAIA Product and Marketing.

  • Recent college graduate
  • Interest in Asset Management
  • Proficient in Office Suite
  • Basic knowledge of finance
