Regional Treasury Manager (Growing start-ups)

One of the fastest start-up IT companies in Asia, currently they are looking for Treasury Manager as newly created role to ensure the proper treasury function control in place within group with proper documentation according to the Group policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will be reporting directly to group Financial Controller to perform treasury function in cash management and planning and review and support daily operational payment request
• Handle intercompany treasury request and intercompany reconciliation
• Prepare regular treasury and financial analytic reports for management's discussion and decision making and lead setting up bank accounts for overseas subsidiaries
• Manage good business relationship with banks and lead to develop and administer all treasury policies and ensure all business processes & approval are following the internal control requirements
• Lead Audit process on cash/AR/AP/Inventory, treasury side items

Skills/ Experience

• Degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent. CFA, CPA or CA (Chartered Accountants) with minimum 4 years working experience in treasury/ cash management within start-up or IT software environment.
• You should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with problem-solving skill. Intellectual curiosity, strong professional judgment, work independently and have initiative mindset.
