Some of the key responsibilities will include:
  • Maximize financial performance by carrying out on-going evaluation of business drivers against the projected financial resources usage.
  • Conduct quantitative review on business strategy and trading portfolio to identify areas with low capital return.
  • Drive capital efficiency and optimize the Return on Equity (RoE) by the implementation of optimization initiatives.
  • Participate in business modelling, collaborate, and interact closely with traders to ensure financial resources are allocated in the most efficient way and in accordance with the bank's risk appetite.


To be eligible for this role you will require:
  • Degree holder preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, and related discipline.
  • 8+ years of Financial Risk and Resources Management experience ideally from global investment banks.
  • Experience in risk management and capital efficiency control with strong understanding of trading in global markets.
  • Attention to details and capable to work under a dynamic trading environment.
  • Strong multi-tasking & time management skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English is a must.
  • Attention to details with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
