Client Administration - EMEA Region Lead, Vice President, Hybrid

Who we are looking for
As a member of the Global Client Administration Team, the EMEA Region Lead will oversee a group of Client Administration E2E Process Experts supporting EMEA Clients. This will include supporting the Client Coverage Teams on Fee Schedule/Contract Governance and Standardization, ensuring C3OP compliance and ECMS Completeness, and facilitating the GBO Intake process for their assigned segments/regions. Success is measured in the following ways: re-engineering processes for more efficient and timely execution from fee negotiation through to billing, reducing risk for the company, and building capacity for the client facing teams. Key partners to this role include Relationship Managers, Product, Global Billing Operations, Legal, Client Service, Sales, and Business Risk Management. This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.

What you will be responsible for
As Client Administration EMEA Region Lead you will
  • Navigate new deals through the end to end process from Fee Schedule review through to generation of the first client invoice
  • Establish and maintain controls to mitigate and/or monitor risks associated with completeness and accuracy of the process
  • Act as a mentor/role model for the team and provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to team members
  • Monitor team capacity and allocate workload within the team
  • Establish strong relationships within the Client Coverage Team and become deeply embedded within their process
  • Partner with key internal stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement of process redesign
  • Ensure new and amended contracts are loaded into ECMS within 30 days of contract execution
  • Coordinate GBO Intake within 30 days of contract execution
  • Drive consistency and standardization

Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • BS/BA in accounting, finance or economics related area
  • 7+ Years in working in Financial Services
  • Prior Client Contracting or Billing Experience
  • Previous people management experience preferred
  • Possess personal qualities of integrity, credibility and commitment to company
