Job Summary:

The Performance Reporting Associate is responsible for providing support to the Performance Reporting department and learning performance measurement, reporting, and investment policy monitoring to become a Performance Reporting Analyst.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assists with the collection of client custodial and manager data.
  • Assists with the input of client custodial data, performance calculation, and performance reconciliation with investment managers.
  • Assists with new client onboarding and setup including internal systems setup, historical performance input, and report creation.
  • Learn and develop the necessary skills to move into a Performance Reporting Analyst role.
  • Other projects as requested by the supervisor

 

 

Required Skills:

  • Works with a high degree of accuracy and detail orientation
  • Displays the ability to be highly organized and flexible with multiple priorities and changing deadlines
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems leveraging available resources
  • Solid understanding of mathematical computations
  • High level of aptitude for software systems and Microsoft Office. Specifically, Excel, Word, and Adobe/Foxit

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • 1 years of relevant professional experience preferred
  • CFA Investment Foundations program required within 12 months of start date

Working Conditions: 

This job is located in Winter Park, Florida. Standard office hours are 8:00AM-5:00PM. This is an exempt position.
