HRIS Functionnal Lead

For one of our clients in the French speaking part of Switzerland, in Geneva, we are recruiting an HRIS Functional Lead who is open-minded and client-oriented, is passionate about his work, who believes in success and has a strong team spirit. Responsibilities :
As an HRIS Functional lead you design, test, develop, implement and maintain our client platform in order to meet our client's HR stategeic objectives and business requirements. You participate in interactive testing, issue resolution and validate results. You support HR stakeholders in the analysis and testing of performance, recruiting and onboarding. You provide leadership to ensure that the products meets goals. You write business process in Microsoft Visio, you support writing test scripts and detailed user guies. You act as a strategic partners.
Profile

• Bachelor in IT
• Experience in HR
• Experience on performance reviews
• At least 3 years' experience in an HRIS role
• Very good knowledge in analyzing data
• Good knowledge in Excel
• French and English
