Business Manager, Family Office and Venture Capital Fund, West End, London
We are working with an entrepreneurial, fast moving family office based in the West end of London. They invest in exciting, growing early stage companies and have backed and invested in a number of great businesses.
They are now looking to recruit a Business Manager to their London team, who will work with the Directors on the overall running and business management of the firm.
In this very varied and project based role, you can expect to
Compile investor reports for the investors in the fund
Create invoices & send them out
Undertake financial management duties
Maintain master investments sheet to keep abreast as to investor allocations
Chair Investment meetings between the team
Other admin projects
The role requires someone with a solid commercial background who will work as follows •
Key is experience of working within an investment, private equity or asset manager •
Experience of working within a middle office function, probably in a small business
• Familiar with preparing presentations, reports, and analysis
• Experience of finance management and control and bookkeeping
• It would be useful if you were ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA qualified
• Extremely organised
