Job Description:
Trade Treasury Services TTS provides transaction and banking services to Citi's Institutional Clients, and is truly a global organization, having a presence in over 100 countries. TTS is one of the strongest businesses at Citi, delivering consistent quarter-on-quarter profitability and growth.
This role is within the EMEA TTS Technology Solutions team with a critical mandate to define end-to-end technology Solutions and deliver key strategic initiatives for future business growth.
The TTS Technology Solutions team offers a unique opportunity to work closely with product, operations and innovation teams globally, to build the next generation of global platforms across a number of business lines and technologies.
This requires strong technology know-how, understanding of clients/business, as well as detailed technical understanding of Citi infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Technology solution dimensioning of all business and regulatory changes coming through Demand management portal.
• Partnering with the function partners like Product, Operations, Compliance, Risk etc. to take a lead in setting out future state architecture landscape for TTS EMEA.

• Analyses system / application architecture; ensures that architecture conforms to enterprise blueprints, creates and produces moderately complex IT architecture designs to translate user requirements to solutions.
• Identifying opportunities for digitization, re-engineering and rationalization in the region and lead them through to implementation.
• Work with regional and global application managers, Production Assurance, P&R and Enterprise Architecture team to ensure technology solutions are robust, compliant and fit for purpose, in line with TTS Technology roadmap and ICG technology standards.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Skills and Experience:

• Must have relevant experience, understanding of Payments Architecture, Payment Systems with strong understanding of application management, technology delivery and business analysis
• Ability and experience of estimating complex business problems in the context of a broad landscape of technology, both from existing and market perspective.
• Knowledge of entire technology stack i.e. Presentation Layer, Network Layer, Application layer, database Layer etc.
• Ability to influence and coordinate multiple internal stakeholders around a common goal and strategy
• Strong presentational skills required. ability to conceptualize and execute on the business and technology vision.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication in English
• Management and prioritization skills
• Ability to develop working relationships, manage multiple activities and changing priorities
• Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
• Self-starter with ability to take the initiative and master new tasks quickly
• Methodical, attention to detail

Education:

• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
