Delegated Investment Solutions Delivery Manager

We will count on you to:


 

  • Lead or be an integral part of a project team through regular communication, sharing of best practice, and monitoring of individual performance;
  • Be responsible for meeting the team’s delivery budget targets in terms of volume, quality, efficiency and deadlines;
  • Work with Service Managers to define an action plan for each service and monitor it;
  • Manage all aspects of work planning and resources for the team;
  • Be an agent of change constantly contributing to improve and implement processes/solutions;
  • Consider how the investment strategy may evolve to reflect the changing dynamics of a pension scheme and objectives;
  • Facilitate other ad-hoc projects and duties required to support the successful growth of the Strategy and DS business such as integrating new software, maintaining internals tools and procedures, contributing to development of the strategy solution;
  • As required liaise with Portfolio Management, Operational, Investment Solutions and Consulting teams to implement high quality strategies with efficiency - for example contribute towards implementing Dynamic Asset Allocation tilts;
  • Support the client team by providing technical insight into a client’s strategy when needed, modelling financial risks and reviewing aspects of regular Strategy reports;
  • Be a true People Manager and Coach of the People and Service Managers of the team;
  • Engage, motivate and manage people, showing an empathetic and inclusive approach.

 

What you need to have:


 

  • Bachelors or Master’s in Finance, Economy, Management or similar;
  • At least 7-10 years of proven investments experience;
  • At least 5 Years’ working experience in Project Management and Team Management;
  • Be fluent in English (verbal and written);
  • Ability to create strong relationships with colleagues and internal clients;
  • Customer Service and lean mindset;
  • Ability to work along different cultures;
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
