We are now looking for ServiceNow Architect to join out Technology Consulting team.

Key Responsibilities
As a ServiceNow solution architect, support in pre-sales and project delivery on ServiceNow
  • Drive the architecture and design of complex solutions and integrations on the ServiceNow platform
  • Assist client with overall ServiceNow platform strategy and drive the roadmap
  • Facilitating workshops or meetings to gather requirements, presenting, and validating solutions on client's needs as a technical expert
  • Drive consensus with customer in solving complex solution
  • Guides best-practice standards for development teams and be an escalation point for development team
  • Produce a detailed design document according to client's requirements
  • Ability to manage customer and stakeholder expectations, able to deal with both business users and technical personnel. Consultancy experience is preferred.
  • Act as a mentor to support less experienced colleagues
  • Contribute to building the ServiceNow capability within the firm by contributing to the development of leading practices and standards related to the ServiceNow platform.
  • Contribute to business development opportunities relating to ServiceNow to help grow our business
  • Good relationship with ServiceNow as a partner is a plus

Experience & Background
  • Strong knowledge on major ServiceNow capabilities (e.g., ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, ITBM, SecOps, GRC, HR etc)
  • Knowledge in integrating ServiceNow with third party tools
  • Strong analytical skills, communication, and presentation skills to sell ServiceNow solutions to client
  • Industry and project experience of 5+ years with ServiceNow
  • Experience delivering projects using Agile Scrum methodology is a plus
  • Experience in RFP responses development and other sales activities is a plus
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Strong business acumen, excellent working attitude, self-motivated and a team player
  • Certified System Admin (CSA)
  • Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - ITSM, ITOM/Event mgmt., CSM (at least one)
  • TOGAF or other architect certificate is a plus
