Support the execution of large-scale marketing plans that drive financial advisor uptake and expertise in multiple marketing programs including deep expertise in Ameriprise digital marketing programs, Advisor Wealth Management (AWM) strategic initiatives, and client experience enhancements. Increase advisor generated revenue through communications, implementation strategies, and resource creation. Run operations to support execution of strategies across the broader team and provide daily support for financial advisors, field leaders, and field operational teams.

Responsibilities
- Support financial advisors, field leaders, and field facing resources in ongoing execution of Client Acquisition, Retention and Client Experience strategies. This includes sharing of information through national forums, managing program mailboxes, and providing coaching and technical support to all field facing teams.
- Support the creation and execution of Client Acquisition and Retention strategies for the field, including a 1:many marketing approach, how to serve multiple generations, peer-learning practice cohorts, and more.
- Support creation of training resources and communications to support field engagement/implementation plans for new programs/initiatives and enhancements to existing capabilities. Create presentations, write communications and lead advisor/staff/operations interviews as research to inform the design of these materials. Maintain team library of resources and collateral ensuring compliance requirements are met and updated annually. Resources include email templates, brochures, one page sell sheets, eLearnings, sales collateral, etc.
- Assist in creation of internal presentations to outline progress towards goals, competitive landscape, and regular execution updates to executive leadership teams and related stakeholders. Gather information on marketing programs and field activity from advisors and Marketing, Communications and Community Relations program managers to create strategic presentations for Ameriprise leadership to inform them on key metrics and marketing activity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent required
- 1-3 years relative experience
- Minimum of 1-3 years of marketing and communications experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail oriented and self-motivated.
- Competency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and project collaboration.
- Experience managing content in digital channels (websites, social media).
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Management, Digital Marketing, Analytics, Public Relations, Journalism.
