As a Barclays Production Support Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for creating test plans and test scenarios based on business requirements drafted to remediate customer facing incidents. You will be providing summaries of testing results, log defects if needed, and validate post implementation accuracy.

What will you be doing?
• Analyzing business requirements documents and draft test strategies and test cases against each requirement
• Executing test cases and document results of testing
• Assess and identify risks with regard to testing
• Socialize test results with key stakeholders and team members
• Escalating issues encountered with testing results or with test execution
What we're looking for:
• Bachelor's degree and/ or equivalent work experience
• Three years of Financial sector experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft products, MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point
Skills that will help you in the role:
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to solve advanced problems in complex situations
• Experience writing and testing business requirements, Test Strategies and Test Plans
• Highly motivated, energetic, thorough, and detail oriented with an ability to multi-task

Barclays' Wilmington campus includes two beautiful buildings located along the historic Wilmington Riverfront. A glance out our windows reveal a scenic look at the Christina River, along with a growing riverfront community of luxury apartments, shops, and restaurants.
