J.P. Morgan is seeking an experienced executive communications professional to join our Internal Communications team supporting the Payments Product Transformation. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, skilled at operating in a highly-matrixed environment, and expert influencer with the demonstrated ability to drive consensus across a diverse set of stakeholders globally and working groups ranging from marketing to technology to legal to branding and operations.

He/she/they must have significant experience in change communications and must be able to confidently share the Product Transformation strategy to educate and inspire internal and external partners at all levels.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the Head of Payments Production Transformation for all internal communications (includes executives memos, change management materials, intranet articles, talking points, town hall presentations, blogs, video scripts etc.) consistent with communication objectives related to business strategy/vision.
  • Convey information in a clear, consistent voice
  • Manage communication of change management projects/initiatives from beginning to end
  • Partner with global CIB Corporate Internal Communications colleagues in implementing communications tactics
  • Help ensure effective communications globally, as needed, in coordination with Corporate Communications and regional communicators
  • Serve as a content lead for Payments Product Transformation-related activities and materials across both internal audiences ranging from written editorial, presentations, to video to copy development for internal sites


Qualifications:
  • Strategic thinking, attention to detail and tactical execution skills
  • Superior verbal, written and interpersonal skills; strong editing skills; web knowledge/digital savvy
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize high volume, high priority initiatives
  • Solid understanding of the financial services industry
  • Strong knowledge of corporate executive communication and employee engagement strategies, best practices, implementation and execution
  • Excellent at relationship building and engaging with a diverse set of internal stakeholders and external agencies
  • Change management experience/qualification preferred
  • Experience working with analytics tools or an equivalent; familiar with communications measurement tools and metrics a preferred
  • Experience with Atlassian Confluence/Wiki preferred
  • Experience managing editorial calendars across various communication channels
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Additional software skills (Adobe, Acrobat Professional, Photoshop, HTML) a plus.
