Product Owner - Digital Banking

Our client, a leading European bank is seeking a dynamic, and passionate Product Owner to work across various digital initiatives including some business transformation projects

Roles :

• Collaborating with prospective users and stakeholders to understand and anticipate their needs, and translate them into product requirements.
• Defining the vision for the team's product.
• Creating a product roadmap based on this vision.
• Managing the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements.
• Refine and write user stories, provide guidance to the scrum team on user behaviour and to enhance user experience.
• Help drive development, identify areas for improvement through data analysis, and promote continuous improvement to enable us to achieve our strategic goals.
• Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development.
• Developing user stories.
• Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process.
• Participating in Scrum meetings and product sprints.

Requirements

• Min 8 years of experience with 3+ years experience in a Product Owner role, thriving in a collaborative team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with various banking products such as FX, Bonds, Equities, derivatives will be big plus
• Experience in digitalization initiatives is a big plus
• Problem solvers who can think out of the box
• Prior experience in business analysis role
• Experience in agile is a plus
