About our client:
Our client is one of the well-known company within the Consumer Goods industry. Currently, they are looking for a Head of Merger & Acquisition to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct research and monitor commercial business while identifying development opportunities.
• Develop and deliver an integration program to ensure long term value.
• Organize and plan various M&A business set up and coordinate with various departments.
• Monitor all processes and provide recommendation for improvements.
• Monitor complex transactions and perform appropriate negotiations.
• Manage and evaluate all data, ensure accuracy and recommend appropriate solution.
• Develop and review various finance and operational processes for all acquisitions and mergers.
• Design various refranchising plans and strategies and provide upgrades for processes.
• Monitor business objectives and implementation of all businesses.
• Monitor and implement post-merger integration and define appropriate scope and objectives.
• Perform work on Enterprise Resource Planning system and other business intelligence tools.
• Analyze various mergers and acquisitions by organization, identify issues and assist in appropriate resolution.
• Develop and architect an efficient commercial communication network.
• Monitor all results for process and maintain quality to improve businesses.
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance & Accounting or equivalent is required.
• CFA/CPA/ACCA is highly preferred.
• Min 10-12 years of working experience in Investment Banking industry for M&A.
• Strong interpersonal, communication skills and business acumen
• Highly-motivated, results-oriented, and forward-thinking leader/team player with good work ethic, credibility, and sense of integrity
