A real estate investment firm that has executed tens of billions in transactions and with decades-long track record, our client is focused on developing, managing, and acquiring mixed-use, multifamily, office, retail, hotel, resort, and hotel projects. The team is looking to bring on a Senior Analyst Asset Management which would offer a tremendous amount of hands-on leadership experience in the development space while working with some of the best in the industry.

The Senior Analyst Asset Management will be responsible for:
- Providing financial underwriting and market study feasibility for acquisitions
- Extensive market research and analysis
- Coordinate reporting of all project and operating budgets
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with local market brokers, institutional & equity partners, lenders, real estate owners, and other key stakeholders
- Preparing and presenting market research, investment committee memos and other ad hoc materials for both internal and external stakeholders
- Participate and coordinate due diligence of materials for assets under dispositions
The Senior Analyst Asset Management will have:
- Between 2-5 years of real estate asset management experience with a real estate investment or development firm, a bulge bracket or reputable middle market investment bank, or real estate advisory firm
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Excellent understanding of Argus and Excel with financial modeling and spreadsheet analysis experience
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
