Assistant Manager - New Initiatives & Research

Prepare, update and review detailed financial models that support investment evaluation and scenario planning.

Independently perform quantitative and qualitative evaluations of potential investment opportunities and prepare reports to support investment recommendations.

Work with third party consultants to conduct tax, legal and financial due diligence on investment opportunities.

Present routine investment facts to the investment committee and senior management thereby assisting the leadership in capitalizing on investment opportunities.

Demonstrate strong industry knowledge and business judgment

In-depth knowledge and understanding of markets, industry and company-specific activities.

Build and nurture relationships while facilitating information flow with external/internal parties • Keep abreast of new, value-added, and/or unusual sources of information
