In this challenging, rewarding program working in the Compliance team, you will develop your skills so you can influence tomorrow.

You'll begin with a robust training program designed to build a strong foundation for your career and will continue to learn and develop through ongoing training throughout the analyst program. Mentorship opportunities help you identify your strengths and plan your career, while social activities, community service and networking events connect you with a range of people from across the firm. You'll gain crucial experience in all areas of Compliance, and a firm understanding of how a global investment bank function. Once you've seen the big picture, it's time to paint your own.

Start date: July 2023

Academic requirements: You should be graduating from a university in December 2022 or May/June 2023

Your field of responsibility
  • You will receive on the job training through two 12-month rotations within the firm's various Compliance areas. Examples include:
    • Investment Banking & Capital Markets Compliance
    • Financial Crimes Compliance & Global Surveillance
    • Global Cross-Border Compliance
    • Investment Bank Compliance Monitoring
    • Investment Bank Control Room
    • Core Compliance
    • Employee Compliance
    • Policies & Training
    • Asset Management Compliance
    • Personal Account Trading and Outside Business Interests
    • You will develop professional Compliance skills and soft skills to help you integrate into the full-time workforce
    • You will receive mentorship from experienced industry professionals and support through both the Regional and Global Compliance Academy teams

As a full-time Analyst, you will gain exposure to all aspects of Compliance and the process we follow to provide investment and liquidity solutions for our customers across the platform. Our Research Triangle Park office is a very collaborative, social and hands-on environment where new hires are mentored and trained to interact with complex and rewarding topics .
