- Steuerung und Durchführung von M&A / ECM Transaktionen / Koordination der Execution
- Beratung der Kunden während der Transaktion Inhouse und vor Ort
- Anleitung und Ausbildung von Associates und Analysten
Qualifikation
- 6-10 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich M&A / ECM / Corporate Finance einer Investmentbank, Corporate Finance oder Unternehmensberatung
- Ausgezeichnete akademische Ausbildung
- Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse sowie idealerweise in einer weiteren Sprache
