Your new role
Within Private Wealth Management the Account Management Team has four distinct functions. AML Advisory, Client Account opening, Client Account Maintenance and Projects. This position lies within the Client Account Maintenance Team who are responsible for ensuring that client accounts are maintained and comply with the Firm's global standards and local regulatory requirements stipulated by Legal, Compliance and Global Financial Crime Team.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

1. Handle Matrix access request from client and support the launch of PWM Mobile App. (Matrix is our online portal for clients to access portfolio information, transaction records, trade confirmations, monthly statements)
2. Participate in UAT testing and process enhancement.
3. Handle the suitability review - Product Brochure including identify in-scope clients, perform email domain check, blast mail, signature verification and quarterly reconciliation.
4. Handle Returned Mail process including data input, analysis and follow up with sales team to clear the returned mail.
5. Other side tasks such as signature verification on various workflows.

What you'll need to succeed
Knowledge/Skills:

1. Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese / Mandarin)
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. Must have good analytical and follow-up skills
4. High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
5. Organised and detail-orientated
6. Strong MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint skills.
7. Self-motivated and enthusiastic
8. Able to work independently and part of a team
9. Ability to influence others at all levels
10. Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Education and/or Experience:

1. Bachelor's degree required or equivalent education or experience. Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Banking is a plus.
2. At least 1 year professional experience in the Banking section.
