You will be joining Deutsche Bank Group Strategic Analytics. The group is responsible for delivering applications to solve quantitative problems for Investment Banking trading businesses. The Strats team is responsible for the build out of the strategic Kannon pricing, risk and Profit and Loss (P&L) platform.

You will lead development and delivery of pricing and risk management applications. You will have responsibility for design, architecture, development, rollout and management of multiple front-office trading applications.

Your key responsibilities
  • Responsible for building well designed, performant and professional applications with outstanding UX
  • Performing product and delivery ownership for multiple front-office applications
  • Leading Application Developers and collaborating with Strats, traders and quants to understand requirements and deliver robust, reliable and performant solutions
  • Responsible for providing technical and business leadership for team members and management of deliveries

Your skills and experience
  • Experience leading delivery of quantitative applications for Fixed Income and/or Derivatives trading businesses including marking, pricing, blotters, risk and P&L
  • Knowledge of derivatives products, risk and P&L and marking
  • Experience managing application development teams and quantitative application deliveries
  • Experience of application development in Kotlin, Java, Python and/or C++
