Responsibilities
Requirements
- Busniness strategy formation and implementation;
- Assist CEO in the planning, development, monitoring, evaluating and reporting of new business initiatives and existing business initiatives and preparation of corporate strategy plans;
- Generate KPI for business lines/ departments and monitor performance of business lines;
- Act as CEO office, provide support to CEO and other executive committee members
- Work and liaise with China Headquarter
Requirements
- Degree holder, preferably in Finance or related discipline(s).
- Minimum 12 years of experience in the Finance industry
- Directly relevant experience is preferred
- Ability to develop excellent relationships at all levels within an organization
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Good interpersonal and communications skills, able to interact with all levels of Management
- Strong writing capabilities in English and Chinese ( Native in Mandarin )
