A growing Cloud Managed Service Provider in Melbourne's inner South requires a Level 1 Service Desk Engineer for a permanent opportunity commencing immediately. Your new role
In this exciting new role, you will be:
- Providing 1st level remote and onsite IT support for clients.
- Administering and maintaining a range of systems and networks across a large client portfolio.
- Performing technical support of servers, network and hardware.
- Assisting with the onboarding of new clients and adoption of new technologies.
- Delivering a high level of customer service and communication.
- Answering calls and driving first time resolution on the Service Desk whilst contributing to maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Participating in the on-call rotation.
To be successful in your application, you will need:
- Demonstrated experience in providing Level 1 IT support.
- Sound knowledge of Windows and Apple devices, Active Directory, Office 365, Microsoft Exchange and Network troubleshooting.
- Excellent customer service & communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as Azure, Microsoft, Cisco and ITIL certifications are beneficial.
- Prior experience working within Managed Services is highly advantageous.
- Current driver's license and access to a vehicle is required.
