We are now working with a very prestigious investment banking firm. They have a very strong reputation in M&A, and have worked on the execution of numerous high profiles deals in recent years.
They also have a very successful Restructuring team, which has built a very strong reputation in advising corporates, investors and private equity funds on restucturings, turnarounds and distressed situations
They are now looking to add an Associate to their London team.
The roles will support the origination and execution of Restructuring and Debt Advisory mandates across a range of sectors.
Role Responsibilities
- Working with lenders, private equity funds and corporates on restructuring mandates, strategically assessing all business options
-Analysing businesses across a range of sectors to find optimal capital structures, and presenting and discussing the results.
- Detailed financial modelling and analysis to assess the financial impact of transactions, capital structures and debt structures
- Full part of deal team
- transaction process management
Candidate background:
- Degree educated with a minimum 2:1 from a top university
- Experience in M&A, restructuring, leveraged finance, debt capital markets, restructuring advisory
-Excellent Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills.
