AVP, Corporate Finance, Global Investment Banking

Roles & Responsibilities:
You will be part of a team whose main objective is to offer a full range of equity capital market (ECM) and corporate financial advisory solutions to clients.
As a member of the Corporate Finance department, you will be supporting the Vice Presidents and the Head of the department in the execution of Mergers & Acquisition (M&A) and ECM transactions. You will be responsible for the financial analysis and financial modelling for M&A and ECM transactions across various industries, as well as executing all aspects of these transactions including running the due diligence, regulatory and documentary processes. You will also be expected to independently develop marketing materials in support of origination efforts with the bank's clients. You would be expected to confidently participate in deal execution and marketing meetings.

Requirements

1. At least 5 years of investment banking (corporate finance) execution experience
2. Strong financial modelling skills
3. Good communication skills
4. Highly motivated individual who can work well in a team
5. Results-oriented and able to deal with pressure
6. Willingness to travel overseas, if required
7. PC know-how, e.g. MS Office is essential; working knowledge of Bloomberg and Dealogic is desirable
8. Strong academic record with Bachelor's degree with honours, or equivalent
