Our client, an instantly recognised brand and leader within the infrastructure space, has a new opportunity for a talented senior finance professional to join their dynamic finance team.

Your new role
Reporting into the Group Finance Manager, this role supports and is the main finance contact for the property division. Key duties include:

• Business planning including budgeting and forecasting for the group
• Oversight and management of capital management programmes
• Financial analysis and modelling for investment proposals
• Develop the management reporting for the group
• Commercial advisory for viability of major projects

What you'll need to succeed

• CA/CPA qualification
• High level influencing and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning
• Experience with managing month end and year end reporting
• Property experience highly regarded
